How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We try to deliver all orders within 50 minutes, although if we are really busy, it could take a little longer. If it’s going to take much longer, we will let you know via email.
Is it quicker to collect?
Yes. Orders made for collection are usually ready to collect within 20-30 minutes. If it’s going to be much longer than this, we will email you to let you know.
How can I pay for my order?
For orders made online, we take payment using PayPal. Don’t worry, you don’t need a PayPal account, you can checkout as a guest using your debit or credit card, and all of your payment details are kept secure by them.
For telephone orders, we accept cash on collection or cash on delivery. We don’t currently accept card payments in person.

Can you tell me the ingredients in a particular pizza?
Sure! Get in touch with us, and let us know which pizza(s), sides or desserts you’d like the know the specific ingredients of, and we will let you know!
Can you do dairy free options?
Absolutely! Our dough is already dairy free, and we make dairy free pizzas regularly. We won’t put any cheese on the pizza, and we use a different set of utensils and equipment when preparing dairy free products. Our garlic bread is already dairy free, as we use oil rather than butter!
If you want any items in your order dairy free, just add a note letting us know that when you make your order.
